Payment, Ordering and Delivery Terms and Conditions of Use
PAYMENT, ORDERING AND DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Credit Card Payments : The Intamusic Imports credit card payment system is secured and managed by Paystation. This system is fully compliant with the new ‘chip and pin’ requirement and consequently you will be asked for your card security code.
a. Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard
b. Payment Processing: Once payment has been received we will then fulfill and dispatch your order. Your order confirmation email and dispatch note will confirm the sum deducted from your credit card.
c. Credit Card Authorization: If we have a problem with Credit card Authorization we will contact you by email to try and resolve this. We reserve the right to request proof of your address and, if appropriate, deliver only to the cardholder’s billing address.
2. Ordering : Intamusic Imports will endeavor to dispatch your order on the same day that it is received providing this is before 4pm NZ time. No orders will be dispatched over weekends or public holidays.
a. Stock Levels: The stock control system used by Intamusic Imports is not automatically synchronized with the web site. Whilst it is updated several times a day there may be occasions during busy periods that an item shown on the web site will in fact be out of stock. This can be disappointing and it is important that you check your email to check what items you will be receiving.
b. Back Orders: Intamusic does not operate a back-order or split delivery system. We will be constantly restocking the shop but there may be times that a particular item will no longer be available from our suppliers.
c. Confirmation emails: Once your order request has been submitted you will receive an email confirming your order. It is important that you check this for any out of stock items you will not be receiving.
d. GST: All prices displayed on the Intamusic Imports web site exclude GST. All national purchases dispatched will have the GST added once the destination address has been entered during the checkout phase in accordance with New Zealand Tax Laws. Please note that other countries have their own sales tax.
e. Invoicing: You will receive an invoice from Intamusic Imports when you make a purchase by email.
3. Shipping and Delivery: All orders are delivered using Courier in New Zealand national wide. For the North Island there is a 24hour delivery time anticipated and a 48hour delivery to South Island destinations with a extra one to two days for Rural delivery. Records are shipped in cardboard mailers. Shipping costs are $8.00 per order of vinyl plus and extra $3.00 for Rural delivery ex GST. Orders for equipment delivered in New Zealand are freight free. For International it is assessed by weight and distance.
Orders shipped to another address can be done but the billing country and shipping country must be the same. We can only accept orders where the billing country and shipping country match.
a. Returns: We will only refund or replace items that either have a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit. Any items must be returned to Intamusic Imports together with a description of the problem before we are able to evaluate whether a refund is due. The return postage is not payable or refundable by Intamusic Imports.
b. Non Delivery: All items sent by Courier are insured and require signature on delivery. Unless otherwise stated.
